Was just bored and messing around and came up with this, I really like it. Enjoy!
Everything essential and then some is capped
-25 power pool bonus
-all resists 26 except spirit is 25 (30 with racial bonus)
-con, dex, piety, hits capped
-rejuv, smite capped, enh high enough for composite of 50 (see below)
-some str just for encumberence purposes if ever you were super debuffed in rvr
-no quick as this only effects swing speed of your weapon, could drop smite or enhance to add to this if you wished
Charges
-bracer - crack 3
-cloak - ablative proc charge
-belt and ring - DoT charges which appear to be stackable
Enhance only up to 7 as with rr4 and specing 40 enhance you will have 50 composite. Apparently enhance composite is only important in minorly improving the stats you get from your baseline spells that exceed the level of your spec. If I end up going 42 enhance then I suppose this would be capped at RR2. If you still want +11 enhance for whatever reason then just drop the 22 str and put 4 enhance there, fits perfectly! If you wanted to go smite then for sure drop enhance and beef up str/quick.
