If you choose an Assassination task from the Captain Commander at Castle Sauvage, you will be directed to an area nearby 3 possible keeps (1 in each realm). The Keep is always the closest one to the Realm's mainland: Caer Renaris, Fensalir Faste, and Dun Ailinne. At 400 Realm Points per Mission if you are level 50, they are a good way to supplement your RPs during periods of lesser RvR action. If you do not like the task you are given, you simply relog your character and this will clear the task so you can get a new one. The tasks nearby Caer Renaris require significantly less travel time, so I usually keep relogging until I get a Caer Renaris Task.
There are 5 possible locations surrounding Caer Renaris where you may be sent to "stop the assassin". The names and /loc of all of these locations are as follows:
